Following searches on other sites and failing to find what I needed, I came across The Cake Decorating Co. and found what I wanted. Good range of available products and reasonable prices. The delivery was as expected

Unfortunately the delivery was late. This meant I had to go out locally to buy the things I had ordered!
Also, just a note the box and paper packing seemed excessive compared to the content!
I generally have had no problem before with this company.

I left it a little bit late to ordered my daughters birthday cake. But they were able to accommodate my order no problems at all. Lots of email communication on what I wanted, and they helped with lots of suggestions. Collected the cake and the day which was exactly as I had ordered, and looked fantastic. Cake tastes amazing (one of the best cakes I have had). Highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Cake also kept well in the fridge considering we were in a heat wave at the time (July 2022)

I placed an order and it was set to be delivered at a later date after the event I wanted the things for. I placed a call to the company and a lovely lady answered. I explain my situation and she asked me to leave it with her and that I will get my order the following day. True to her word, my order came the following day at no extra cost. Customer excellent service!
